Q. When do I have to move out...?
A. There is no pressure from us for you to move,
we fit in with you - synchronize a completion date if you
buy another property - or a quick deal if you are in a hurry.
If you are renting back the property, as long as you need to rent!
Q. Do I need a solicitor...?
A. Yes, you are required to appoint a solicitor,
however to speed up the whole legal process we recommend you pick
from our panel of solicitors. Your solicitor will ensure
that all the legal works and transfer are carried out in a
proper manner.
Q. How much will a solicitor charge
me...?
A. Solicitors' costs vary slightly; However if you choose from
our panel of solicitors and the purchase price is below £160,000
your bill will be £500. A solicitor will be able to quote
their exact charge.
Q. Who has the deeds...?
A. Your
solicitor will require the Deeds in order to draw up a contract when you ask them to act for you.
The Deeds will normally be held by your mortgage company or yourselves if you own the property outright.
Q. Are there any types of property that you do not
buy...?
